Learn how to install and adjust the TITAN Pedal Adjustment Plate for precise pedal height, angle, and distance in your sim racing cockpit.

Quick answer

Install the TITAN Pedal Adjustment Plate to gain full control over pedal height, angle, and distance, then fine-tune using the Bristol levers and sliders for a personalized driving position.

Why adjust pedals with the TITAN plate?

Fixed pedals can cause leg fatigue or awkward reach, especially during long sessions. The TITAN Pedal Adjustment Plate lets you shift the pedal assembly forward or back, tilt it, and raise or lower it—without modifying your cockpit frame.

Before you start

You need a 4 mm Allen key (not included) and clear access to the cockpit’s pedal mounting area. The plate works with GT Omega TITAN cockpits; verify compatibility if using a different brand.

How to install and adjust the TITAN Pedal Adjustment Plate

  1. Remove the existing pedal mount: Unbolt the pedal assembly from the cockpit frame using a 4 mm Allen key. Keep the bolts aside—you will reuse them. Common mistake: Forgetting to note which bolt goes where. Snap a photo before removal.
  2. Attach the TITAN plate to the cockpit frame: Line up the plate’s mounting holes with the frame holes. Insert and tighten the original bolts finger-tight first, then fully secure. Check the plate is level side-to-side before final tightening.
  3. Mount the pedal assembly onto the plate: Position the pedals over the plate’s slotted brackets. Use the supplied hardware to fasten them, leaving bolts slightly loose for now. Do not overtighten—you need room for angle adjustment.
  4. Set pedal height and angle: Loosen the Bristol lever, tilt the pedals to your preferred angle, then lock the lever. Raise or lower the assembly by sliding the brackets up or down in the slots. Aim for a 90–110° knee bend at full brake press. Adjust in small increments.
  5. Adjust pedal distance from seat: Slide the entire pedal assembly forward or backward using the plate’s sliders. Tighten the sliders once your heels rest comfortably on the floor or footrest. If your leg feels fully extended before reaching the pedals, slide the assembly closer.
  6. Final tightening and test: Torque all bolts to snug. Sit in your driving position and press each pedal through its full range. Repeat steps 4–5 if any adjustment feels off. A 10-minute test lap will reveal if the position needs a tweak.
